About Me:

I am the eldest (not necessarily the wisest) of the three sisters. My sisters would most likely describe me as the arbitrator or conciliator - which has earned me many shoes thrown at my head, many tongues stuck out, and many birds 'flipped' - but hey! I'm still here, so I guess I'm wiser than I first thought! (well that, or I'm just fast on my feet!)

I've been married (and divorced) but yet remain still hopefully a romantic and will freely admit that I seem to be, albeit inadvertently, hell on men (excellent fodder for the blog).  My life is a soap opera, so if someone like Aaron Spelling is looking for a new show, please feel free to give me a call....

I love my family, my soon to be 9 year old son who is my world (whom we'll call Bear), trees, music, reading and photography. I believe in the greater good, happy endings and things happening for a reason.   I love belly dancing (love it!) and am also thinking about giving flamenco a try...I'll keep you posted on that one. I go to the gym in the mornings, and love Zumba and AbSolution.

I've recently completed my facilities management designation (which ranks right up there with chief cook and bottle washer), now I can put those fancy initials after my name which will tell prospective employers that: yes while I'm in my 40's I still have the capacity to learn... so onward and upward!  I'm also enrolled in the Project Management Professional course stream and will have that completed mid 2012 (always keep learning, it keeps your mind young).
